Terms of Service

TeamKhata is a software platform designed to help sports teams record and manage:

• Team funds
• Match collections
• Ground costs
• Additional income
• Expenses
• Match settlements
• Financial ledgers
• Reports
• Team access and collaboration

Users must provide accurate information when creating and maintaining an account.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account
• Keeping your login credentials confidential
• Information entered using your account
• Informing TeamKhata if you believe your account has been compromised

A TeamKhata team may have different access roles, including Owner, Admin, Editor, and Viewer.

The Team Owner controls access to the team and may grant permissions to other users.

Users must not access or attempt to access teams for which they have not been authorized.

TeamKhata performs calculations based on information entered by users.

Users remain responsible for:

• Checking amounts entered into the application
• Ensuring collections and expenses are correctly recorded
• Reviewing team balances and reports
• Correcting inaccurate records where necessary

TeamKhata should not be treated as an independent confirmation that money has actually been paid, received, transferred, or held.

TeamKhata currently does not:

• Hold team funds
• Operate a wallet
• Process UPI payments
• Process bank transfers
• Act as an escrow service
• Provide banking services

TeamKhata currently records financial information entered by users.

You must not use TeamKhata to:

• Break applicable laws
• Gain unauthorized access to accounts or teams
• Upload malicious software
• Attempt to disrupt or compromise the service
• Misrepresent your identity or authority
• Use the platform for fraud or unlawful financial activity
• Abuse, scrape, reverse engineer, or interfere with TeamKhata except where permitted by applicable law

Users retain responsibility for information they enter into TeamKhata.

By submitting data to TeamKhata, you authorize us to process that information as necessary to provide and operate the service.

Users must ensure that they have the right to enter and share information about their teams and collaborators.

We aim to keep TeamKhata available and reliable, but uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed.

Features may be added, changed, temporarily unavailable, or discontinued as the product develops.

TeamKhata may provide features such as exports or deleted-team recovery.

Users should maintain any additional records or backups they consider important.

We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary for:

• Security
• Fraud prevention
• Abuse
• Violation of these Terms
• Legal or regulatory obligations

Users may stop using TeamKhata at any time.

TeamKhata’s software, branding, logo, interface, design, and related intellectual property belong to their respective owner(s) and may not be copied or used without permission except as permitted by law.

TeamKhata is provided on an “as available” basis.

While we aim to provide accurate calculations and reliable functionality, TeamKhata does not guarantee that all information entered by users is correct or that the service will always be uninterrupted or error-free.

TeamKhata does not provide financial, accounting, tax, or legal advice.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, TeamKhata and its operators will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of the service.

Users remain responsible for independently verifying important financial records and transactions.

We may update these Terms as TeamKhata evolves.

Updated Terms will be posted on this page together with a revised “Last updated” date.

Continued use of TeamKhata after an update may constitute acceptance of the revised Terms where permitted by applicable law.

These Terms are governed by applicable laws of India, subject to any mandatory rights available to users under applicable law.
